Indemnity Limits

Section A Employers Liability: Not covered. Any one claim or series of claims arising out of one Occurrence including all costs and expenses.

Section B Public Liability: GBP 5,000,000.00 Any one Occurrence or series of Occurrences arising out of one cause (but in the aggregate in respect of Clause 13(c) Pollution.)

Section C Products Liability: GBP 5,000,000.00 In the aggregate during the Period of Insurance.

Excess: GBP 250 (Applicable to sections B and C). Each and every claim including costs and expenses.

Special Acceptances Noted: Noted client also does the Herbicide Spraying for Weed Control & Occasional use of Chainsaw within the Woodlands habitat on Rhodendrons (Woodland Shrub Not Trees).
