Japanese Knotweed is becoming more and more well-known among local authorities and homeowners. It’s invasive nature means that Japanese Knotweed can be difficult to eradicate, and can cause damage to roads, walls and mortgages. The ‘possession’ of Japanese Knotweed is a very serious matter for a home owner.

If you are looking to sell up your home and have Japanese Knotweed on your property, you will find it difficult to sell as mortgage providers will turn down anyone who attempts to buy your house.
